Web Analysis Tools provides the following services:
Web Cloning
Tools for creating copies or mirrors of websites for analysis, archival, or development purposes.
Web Scraping
Automated extraction of publicly available data from websites according to user specifications.
Domain Analysis
Tools for examining domain registration, DNS records, and other domain-related information.
Contact Sorting
Services for organizing, validating, and categorizing email addresses and phone numbers.
Service Limitations
We may impose limits on use of the Services (e.g., scraping frequency, data volume). We may modify or discontinue any Service feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
3.1 Age Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old (or higher if required by your jurisdiction)
- If under 18, have parental/guardian consent to these Terms
- Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
- Comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content

Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, under control of, or a national/resident of any country subject to U.S. or other applicable sanctions or embargoes, and are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.

4.3 Account Termination by User
You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Certain data may persist in backup systems according to our Privacy Policy.
Multiple Accounts
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or obtain additional free trials is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.
5. Payments & Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to current subscribers
- Taxes are not included unless specified
- Enterprise plans require separate agreement
5.2 Billing Cycle
- Monthly/annual billing based on plan selection
- Automatic renewal unless canceled before billing date
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
5.3 Free Trials
Free trials provide temporary access to premium features. At trial end, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled. You must provide payment information to start a free trial.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for pre-paid periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use

Scraping Ethics
When using our web scraping tools, you must: identify your bot in user-agent strings, respect crawl-delay directives, avoid scraping personal data without consent, and not overwhelm target servers.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to:

Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities. We may investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement.
8. User Content

Scraped Data Responsibility
When using our tools to collect data from other websites, you are solely responsible for ensuring your collection and use complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and terms of service of the target websites.
9. Intellectual Property

Effect of Termination
Upon termination: your right to use Services ends, you must stop all use, we may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy, and provisions that should survive will remain in effect.
12. Disclaimers

No Guarantees
We do not guarantee Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for accuracy of scraped or analyzed data.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
13.2 Total Liability
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
Essential Basis
These limitations are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us. We would not provide the Services without these limitations.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to:
Your Content
Any claims that your content violates third-party rights or laws.
Your Conduct
Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms.
Scraping Activities
Any claims arising from your web scraping activities.
Security
Any unauthorized access to your account.
Our Obligations
We will promptly notify you of any claim, allow you to control the defense, and provide reasonable assistance. This indemnity survives termination of these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Resolution
Before formal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at disputes@webanalysistools.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
15.2 Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. Arbitration occurs in Dataville, DV, and judgment may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
All claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action. If this waiver is unenforceable, then the arbitration agreement is void.
15.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring claims for injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of Services.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing us at optout@webanalysistools.com with your full name and stating your intent to opt out.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time:

- Updated Terms will indicate "Last Updated" date
- Your continued use constitutes acceptance
16.2 Objections
- If you disagree with changes, you must stop using Services
- No refunds for discontinuation due to Terms changes

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
International Users
If you access our Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that our Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
